Food is a critical part of any vacation experience and our customers typically want something special & memorable. Fortunately Marianne’s father was a chef and she was brought up with a love and interest for cooking. Our extensive traveling has only served to broaden her culinary horizons and gourmet options, creating mouth watering delights. Marianne enjoys cooking with fresh produce and fruits and making her healthy meals from scratch. We of course cater to special dietary needs.
We also stock bottled water, juices, soft drinks and beer in our on-deck cooler and in the bar we carry a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Standard bar is included.
Thank you so much for a wonderful week at sea. As this was our first time for such a trip, you made us feel at ease and most welcome the minute we stepped on board. You are both great hosts. Marianne, what a fabulous cook you are and Kristian a most accommodating bartender. It was a fun and relaxing week with any memorable moments. “Get out of our cove”!

This has been one of our best family vacations ever. The sailing, the atmosphere and the company of the crew could not have been better. We have been pampered start to finish. The food has been outstanding and Kristian’s bartending was very accommodating. From the towels and linens to the great appointenents in the salon and cockpit – every thing made us feel special.

What can we say? The food, the bloody Mary’s, the crab Caesar salad? We had a blast! We were so relaxed and could not want for anything! All of our girls just chilled out and we drank and eat to our hearts content – Thank you so much for our perfect Spring Break 2009! We will be back – Loved it!

The food was unbelievable and how amazed we were, when there was nothing out and then all of a sudden, out came a meal better than any fine restaurant. You took us to all the best spots in BVI. We had the best time with our old friends and our two new ones.

Marianne and Kristian. We had a wonderful time on Breanker the past nine days. After ten years of chartering in BVI we must say that Marianne is by far the best chef we’ve ever had! Your meals were a delight and we thank you enormously for the recipes. (The royalty check is in the mail). We loved the snorkel spots and especially the “Jacuzzi”! Dear Marianne and Kristian. We have been looking forward to this trip since we booked it in 2017. We had a fabulous trip the first time in 2010 and hoped the second trip would be just as good. You did not disappoint us! We so both enjoyed the knowledge you shared about the islands we passed and visited. The devastation from the 2017 hurricanes became so real to us we did not realize how many people are still suffering. The food you served us was spectacular. We wanted doggie bags for next week! But top it you did and exceeded our expectations bar far. We loved all the sailing time we had this week as the weather cooperated for sailing. We loved Marianne’s Denmark lesson. I know I learned a lot about an area I knew nothing about. But the thing we loved most was being able to spend time with you during our fabulous meals. Such a wonderful, wonderful week for a couple of water novices. Beautiful part of the world and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time with Kristian and Marianne. We felt so comfortable with them sailing their “home” with us. Lovely, capable and easygoing couple. Food was fabulous. Can’t wait to do it again with the kids. Thanks so much.
Maryellen and I had a great time not water people in general, we learned about sailing and navigation. Never knew anything about a catamaran either. Food was outstanding, snorkeling, SUP boarding and shore trips were great. We went with three other couples and have had a lot of laughs. Kristian and Marianne were very hospitable and we were treated like family. Thank you for an experience of a lifetime.
